- Brief Summary
- This glossary is derived from work done by the EU DIFFUSE project, which collected information on standards relevant to the Information Society. The DIFFUSE project was funded under the European Commission's Information Society Technologies programme, and started on 1 February 2000 and ran for 36 months. DIFFUSE publications were originally maintained by TIEKE (the Finnish IT Development Centre), IC Focus and The SGML Centre before the Digital Curation Centre repurposed them.
